My name is Avery Bosley and I am the founder of Builden LLC. Before starting Builden, I spent nearly three years in construction and architecture recruiting at two industry leading firms where I learned the business, built relationships, and developed a way of doing things that I truly believed in. Those years shaped my foundation and ultimately gave me the confidence to bet on myself and build something of my own.
 
Although brief and on a smaller scale, I also have some hands-on experience in construction and renovation work. It may not have been long but it gave me a genuine appreciation for the industry and the people in it, and that perspective stays with me in every search I run.
 
I started Builden because I believed there was a better way to do this. More transparent, more accountable, and more focused on the right fit rather than the fastest placement. Every candidate I present is thoroughly vetted and every client I work with gets honest communication from start to finish. No ghosting, no fluff.
 
This is more than a recruiting firm to me. It's something I built from the ground up and I take a lot of pride in that.
